Having worked with Harrow College for many
years, the ever-changing funding requirements
of further education required the creation of a
stand-alone brand to promote training
provision to the local business community.
Based in north-west London, Harrow College, services a busy urban community with a growing portfolio of vocational courses and training provision. The need to engage with the business community was proving challenging through traditional college channels.
We were tasked with developing a stand-alone identity that the business community could understand and engage with. We also had to provide suitable marketing collateral, which would explain in simple terms what the college had to offer.
To promote the new offer we developed a quirky mailer that clearly identified with the target audience. To support this we designed and produced a bespoke brochure, which effectively showcased the different provision that was available to the business community, regular newsletters, which highlighted how local businesses had benefited from the colleges’ resources, further supported this.
The campaign is still ongoing, but early results have been extremely positive with a definite increase in the provision within the locality.
